Border control in Silverlight

The following code defines a border around a single Button control setting the BorderThickness and BorderBrush properties.

<Border BorderThickness=”5”
BorderBrush=”Blue” Background=”LightGray”
Height=”100” Width=”250”>
<Button Content=”Bordered Button”
Height=”50” Width=”200” />
</Border>

The Border control is used to create some sort of spacing or border around other Silverlight controls. Border controls allow you to set options that place a border around an element that is defined as a child.
